|Recommended: NoStill after 24 years living here at the Verandas Apartments, my wife and I have consistently experienced the best residential support services from Ms. Setira-Property Manager and her staff. Her employees Ms. Kendall and Ms. Diamond are always very friendly and helpful. When submitting a maintenance request, I usually receive a response within 24 to 48 hours. The Maintenance Team, Mr. Raymond, Mr. Brandon and Mr. Drake whether it servicing the plumbing, electricity, or HVAC, thoroughly ensured that everything was done right.
I strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to live in the Valley area. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience, it’s all in the service. However, I couldn’t be happier throughout our many years living here We’re so bless to live here. We’ve always felt safe and enjoyed the neighborhood this community offers.
